Ethan

Ethan has gone from professional knot-artist, to an all-around kitchen handyman.

While a bit apprehensive at first, Ethan saw opportunities to help his kitchen team when the busiest hours happen. Reaching out to his boss, Ethan asked if he could branch out and help more. That is when he traded his apron for a cape and became a kitchen super hero.

“I started from doing garlic knots and then I moved up into portioning.”

His smile is as big as his heart. “In 2021 I started doing garlic knots up on the counter, like regulars, trios, vegan, cinnamon knots-for dine in and take out. I was always hesitant about doing pizza toppings. This summer I asked my employer if I could try out doing pizza toppings, because I felt a bit more confident about doing that. I felt I was ready to do that and move on to the next job position. Kevin the owner was really all for it.”

Kevin couldn’t believe his growth during the past year and a half. “Ethan manages his time well and stays on task. He has relieved us of a portion of the prep burden as well has developed a sense of humor as time has gone on while working for us.”

Now he’s a kitchen leader himself. “It’s really nice, I get along with the people I work with really well.”

Ethan has been with Do-All from his job start at Brooklyn Boyz pizza, and Do All has been helping Ethan maintain his goals at work, while watching his spirit soar.

“If you have a disability and are having a hard time finding a job, I recommend calling Do-All. If you want to do Italian or pizza’s, I recommend Brooklyn Boyz. Kevin is cool. He’s pretty laid back. He’s a good guy.”
