Do-All proudly opened The Cat's Meow thrift store
in September, 2006. Over 90% of our 100+ employees with disabilities
have worked at The Cat's
Meow.
Our vast selection of clothing, household
items, books, furniture, jewelry, electronics, toys, tools, and so much
more truly offers something for
everyone.
Pamela Webb, former manager of Created for Caring's
Treasures Galore thrift store, is The Cat's
Meow Store Manager. Pam brings her resale management experience
from Treasures, and has immediately made her mark as a member of our
Do-All team.
Do-All employees with disabilities receive
training at The Cat's Meow by working with their department supervisor in the
receiving and stockroom area of the store, as well as stocking the storefront
with merchandise.
Our Grand Opening on November 17 and 18 was
a huge success! Do-All gives thanks to our dedicated employees
and staff, and the many volunteers and community partners who made our vision a reality!
